Air conditioning compressor blew up in the
middle of the night.. water circ pump
let go.. first thing in the morning we
pulled the pump and went to the local pump supplier.. Managed to get 3 pumps!!.. two circ pumps and one for oil changes.
Found a 316SS elbow for the watermaker
after hitting 2 local suppliers.. The
brass one I got from Home depot wouldn’t be strong enough
Hunt for propane.. Judith sent us to a very
remote area.. dirt road, seemed like
someones back yard.. 2 minutes later the
propane is filled!! Ya!! Hard to do on
this island.. they mostly exchange tanks… that’s an issue because ours are
aluminum.
Taco’s and beers at a cool little road side
place.. $13.00 3 beers and 4 tacos!
To the mall to get some more plumbing
supplies for the new facet.. and Robin
exchanged a shirt for Jessi’s Christmas present..
Over to Sams club.. only had $225.00 in my pocket so we filled up
the cart with provisions until we thought we were at that number.. pretty
close, only had to put back a couple things..
Over to Walmart… wholly.. $525,,,
two carts!!
Back to the boat.. installed the new circ
pump and got the A/C going again.. one anyway..
the star A/C is toast!!
